Spatial Design Study
A considered visual bridge between concept and delivery.
This service is a fully comprehensive design tool that brings your project to life. Perfect for renovations, reconfigurations, or clients who want absolute clarity before committing to build, these visuals allow you to explore your future space as if it already exists.
We use SketchUp to blend storytelling, technical expertise, and refined design thinking into a single, beautifully cohesive offering. Every detail - layout, materials, textures, lighting, atmosphere - is thoughtfully rendered to communicate not only how the room will look, but how it will feel.

Guided Design Delivery

Guided Design Delivery is for clients who want reassurance, clarity, and continuity once their project moves from ideas into action.
As work begins, decisions often come faster, questions become more practical, and it can feel harder to keep hold of the original vision. With Guided Design Delivery, we stay involved during this stage to support you through those moments - helping design decisions feel clearer, more considered, and aligned with what we’ve already agreed.
We act as a design guardian throughout delivery; protecting the intent behind the design, helping you navigate choices as they arise, and offering a steady design perspective as the work unfolds. This support is about maintaining coherence and quality, rather than managing the build itself.
The service is designed for clients who are working with their own appointed builders or contractors, but would value an experienced design presence alongside them to help ensure the finished space still feels like the one you set out to create.
Guided Design Delivery offers calm, structured involvement at a stage where uncertainty and stress often peak. It allows you to move forward with confidence, knowing the design is being looked after, without blurring responsibility for construction, programme management, or site safety.
